And so, we begin…

We listen to you, get to know your lifestyle, the things that are important to you, and then we design your new home around YOU! STAGE 2
We made it!
The tedious process of refining every measurement, every wall, and every custom kitchen cabinet extension is complete. Now, the heavy lifting begins. Watch as weekly progress is made on your new home… from the moment you see those little colours flags in your file of dirt, until that pile of dirt has become a basement with a main floor base – it won’t be long now!

STAGE 3
Let’s get to work!
The stage has literally been set, and the framers get to work turning that basement that you were so excited to see poured into a fully modelled home – built to your exact specifications to suit your life like no other! By the end of this phase, your new house will really be the newest kid on the block.

STAGE 4
We’re almost there!
Your pile of sticks is about to really start looking like a house during this phase! You’ll be able to walk through rooms with walls, run your fingertips along your chosen countertop, see the colours you’ve been planning for come to life on the walls of your new home. Our team of skilled trades work tirelessly here to ensure attention to detail is perfect – leaving no stone unturned.

And now, you’re here! And even more exciting for us is the phase when we get to welcome you home to your beautiful dream home – a home that we’ll be proud to call one of ours!
